Do you agree with the Supreme Court’s decision re the Wal-Mart sexual discrimination class action suit?

Last August when I interviewed Brad Seligman, who is the lead counsel in the massive sexual discrimination class action suit against Wal-Mart, there was no hint on the near horizon that the Supreme Court would as CNN reported just moments ago, “put the brakes on” the action because they deemed that the case involving hundreds of thousands of current and former female workers was simply too large.
