Remember the Ice and the Power of Words in Everyday Life

On August 27th I had the opportunity to talk with Bob Nicoll, the critically acclaimed author of the book “Remember the Ice and Other Paradigm Shifts,” which has become an international phenomenon with copies sold in 20 countries since its release in October 2008.
While “choose your words wisely,” or “think before you speak” are simple phrases with powerful meanings that have been an enduring part of our collective lexicon for as long as anyone can remember, Nicoll’s encouragement to “Remember the Ice” is bound to become an equally enduring admonishment of sustaining value.
We are not talking about a simple wordplay, but instead introducing a methodology which effectively opens the channels of communicative understanding while simultaneously removing the barriers of fear, negative reinforcement, intolerance and relational stagnation. For this reason alone, Remember the Ice is the Ultimate Icebreaker.
By the way, Remember to listen to the on-demand version of the live broadcast at your convenience through the player below, and of course check out Bob’s Author Profile Page in the Book Resource section of this blog:
